Are estimates free?
Yes, estimates/quotes to fix an issue or area of concern are free of charge.
Do we give inspection reports?
Yes, we do give inspection reports please call our office for pricing and details.
I received a price, what do I do next?
To schedule work initial, sign, and date all required fields and send back to office by email, fax, or mail. If you prefer to sign digitally please contact our office and we can send with DocuSign.
Once the office receives your approval we will contact the appropriate party for scheduling.
When do I send in payment?
Please refer to the estimate for payment terms.
Does Castro Roofing do roof certifications?
No, unfortunately we cannot certify roofs installed by others. But we do guarantee roofs replaced by Castro Roofing, Inc.
How soon can work start?
Each job is different and the amount work is a major factor in scheduling, please contact our office for details.
Do we service commercial/industrial buildings?
Yes, we are licensed and insured to service commercial buildings. If needed W-9’s and workers compensation certificated are available upon request.
Where can I send roof plans for an estimate?
Please forward all roof plans to info@CastroRoofinginc.com, please include a due date if any.
Do we accept payment through an escrow company?
Yes, additional information needs to be provided. Escrow company name, Escrow officer, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Also provide the buyer or seller’s information, this is needed in the event the property falls out of escrow the secondary party (buyer/seller) will be responsible for payment.
Do we accept credit card payments?
Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express; a 3% fee of the total price processed will apply.
